Technical velocity, aligned to howthe business wins.

Founder of Dinovix Ltd. and hands-on partner to 10+ startups across five markets — turning intricate operational problems into products that ship, scale, and pay for themselves.

I’m an engineer and an entrepreneur. This is the tech entrepreneur half — the same engagements, weighted toward outcomes and economics. See my software engineer work

What the work moved.

Client names are withheld under NDA. Sectors, markets, and figures are as reported by the clients themselves.

Challenge

Migration advice is scattered across government pages, forum threads, and agents who are paid whether or not you get in. It goes stale quietly: a fee changes, a quota fills, a route closes, and the version circulating is still last year's. The cost of believing it is not an inconvenience — it is a year of someone's life. Most people who lose that year were eligible for something. Nobody told them the truth early enough, in a language they read, with the numbers as they actually stand today.

Challenge

Professionals know that showing up on LinkedIn compounds into work, and post nothing anyway. The blockers are never effort: a blank page at the end of a long day, an evening lost to a single post, the fear of sounding machine-generated in front of people who hire, and a profile that goes quietly stale while the market moves. Existing tools solved the wrong half — they made it easy to publish more, not easier to sound like yourself.

A financial platform was losing customers to slow, unreliable transaction handling. Payment options were limited, response times were unpredictable under load, and outages were frequent enough that clients had stopped trusting the reporting.

Filing a federal tax return meant navigating rules most residents could not reasonably be expected to know. Any automation had to be exactly right: a miscalculated return is not a bug you apologise for, it is a regulatory problem for the filer.

Teams were rebuilding the same components against the same Figma files and getting different results each time. Nothing was documented, visual regressions shipped unnoticed, and page performance was drifting downward release by release.

02The studio

Dinovix Ltd.

A product engineering studio, not an agency. Small, senior, and accountable for outcomes rather than hours.

Founded to solve a specific problem: founders and SME owners kept getting either cheap output they had to rebuild, or enterprise consulting they could not afford.

Dinovix Ltd. sits deliberately in between. Every engagement is led by a principal engineer who stays on the work from discovery through handover — the same person who scoped it is the one who ships it. Over ten startup projects have come through that model, across fintech, e-commerce, SaaS MVPs, and corporate systems.

The delivery model is fixed-scope discovery followed by incremental release. Clients see something working inside weeks, and the codebase is written to be handed over — not to guarantee a retainer.

03Sectors

Where the pattern recognition already exists.

Fintech

Payments, transaction processing, and real-time analytics where correctness is not negotiable.

Public Sector

Regulated platforms — tax, compliance, citizen-facing services — built to an audit standard.

SaaS & Product

Zero-to-one products scoped to prove a thesis before the money runs out.

Corporate Systems

Internal tooling, design systems, and legacy migrations that cannot stop the business.

04Engagement models

4 ways to work together.

Each one is scoped so you know what you are buying before it starts.

Fractional CTO

Technical leadership for founders who need senior judgement before they can justify a senior salary.

  • Architecture and hiring roadmap
  • Vendor and build-vs-buy decisions
  • Team standards, review culture, delivery cadence
Ongoing · 2–3 days per week

MVP Sprint

Zero to a product real customers can use, scoped hard to the one workflow that proves the thesis.

  • Scoped build of the core workflow
  • Multi-tenant foundations that survive growth
  • Deployed, instrumented, and handed over
Fixed scope · 8–12 weeks

Product Lifecycle Consulting

Taking an existing product from where it stalled to where it needs to be, without a rewrite.

  • Incremental migration strategy
  • Performance and reliability remediation
  • Process redesign around the actual bottleneck
Retained · quarterly

Technical Due Diligence

An honest read on a codebase and team before you invest in, acquire, or inherit them.

  • Architecture and code quality assessment
  • Key-person and security risk register
  • Costed remediation plan
Fixed scope · 2–3 weeks
05Markets

5 markets, three time zones.

Working across them is not a line on a CV — it changes what you build. Payment rails, connectivity, and compliance are not the same everywhere, and pretending otherwise is how products fail on launch.
